Divoza Horseworld has a large stock of second-hand saddles. For people with a limited budget, beginners, or riding schools, this is the ideal solution to practice riding with a functionally good saddle. Before sale, trade-in saddles are carefully assessed by our professionals for any defects and repaired if necessary. All our saddle fitters are in possession of an MSFC diploma or are in training.
In return
Do you want to replace your saddle? Trading in your saddle for a new or another used saddle is always possible.
If you have a surplus saddle and you do not wish to purchase another saddle, you can exchange your used saddle for goods or vouchers. (not for cash) The value of your trade-in saddle is determined by DIVOZA employees.
We do not make binding statements about the value of used saddles over the telephone, this must be physically determined.
Selling
If you are convinced that the saddle offered is perfect for you, we can send the saddle if it is available in Leek.
It is not possible to exchange used saddles between branches. It is possible to exchange or return a purchased saddle in another branch.
Exchange guarantee
Used saddles may be returned within a week of purchase or exchanged within four weeks provided they have the warranty label. Every used saddle has this unique label, removing this label voids the right to exchange and return. So leave this label on the saddle until you are sure you want to keep the saddle or the exchange warranty has expired.
