A part of your harness that almost everyone associates with horse riding, are riding boots. Nowadays they come in all sorts of different models, colours, sizes and materials.
The characteristics of a riding boot are: close-fitting to the lower leg, for the best contact between you and your horse. They extend to just below the hollow of the knee, so that they sit over your entire lower leg. And finally, they have a small heel, which prevents you from slipping through the stirrup with your foot.

Rubber riding boots
Almost every rider started with rubber riding boots. Rubber riding boots are cheaper to buy and great for your first meters on horseback. Rubber riding boots usually have one size chart and almost everyone fits them.

Synthetic riding boots
Do you want a riding boot that looks like a leather boot, but not a boot with the price of a leather boot? Then you end up with a synthetic boot. A synthetic boot has the looks and appearance of a leather boot, but the comfort of a synthetic boot. A synthetic boot is very flexible and hardly needs to be broken in. On the other hand, the boot wears out a bit faster.

Cowhide riding boots
The most popular riding boots are cowhide riding boots. They fit tightly around the leg, do not wear out quickly with good maintenance and are available in all kinds of different models, colours and sizes. However, cowhide is heavy and stiff, which means that it must first be shaped. This means that these riding boots, the more often you wear them, the more comfortable they will become.

Calfskin riding boots
If you want a supple boot, you can go for a calf leather boot. Calf leather is known for being very supple and has a fine structure. It gives the boot a fine and chic appearance.
In addition to different materials, you also have many different models.
Below are the different models that we have in our range.

Zipper at the back
The most common riding boot model is the model with the zipper at the back. Usually in combination with elastic laces on the instep, but of course also available without elastic laces. Because of the zipper at the back, it is most suitable for riders who ride with short stirrups, such as show jumping or eventing riders.

Zipper at the front
A model that also occurs regularly is the model with the zipper at the front. A popular model among dressage riders. Because the zipper is at the front, the rider is invited to ride with longer stirrups.

Zipper at the front at an angle
The model that makes most dressage riders' hearts beat faster. The zipper diagonally at the front! Because the zipper is in this place, the ankle can fit snugly, which ensures an elegant, narrow ankle, and at the same time you are invited to ride with longer stirrups.

Zipper with a lace at the front
This model is becoming increasingly popular. The model with laces from the instep all the way to the top. Usually combined with a zipper in the back so that you don't have to tie all the laces again when putting them on. The model with a small piece of laces at the instep is the "field" model.
