Of course you can't wait to try out your ordered item and it is nice to know when you can expect your order at home.
The confirmation email will indicate which item was in stock in our main warehouse at the time of ordering. If your ordered item was in stock and you ordered it before 19:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day and you should receive your order the next day (except Sundays and public holidays).
If your item was in limited stock, we will have your item come from a megastore. This usually takes 3-5 working days.
If you have ordered an item from the coming soon category, you will have to be patient, as the item will not yet be in stock.
If you have checked your order confirmation and have any questions about the delivery or if it is taking longer than expected, please contact customer service.
Are you about to order an item but still have questions? No problem, we understand that you want to be sure that the item is what you expect. On the product page of each item you will find a product question form at the bottom. If you fill this in, we will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. If you prefer to ask your question via customer service, you can also do this by email or telephone.
You have tried to claim the discount code a few times but keep getting a 'not valid' message. That is annoying. Have you checked the terms and conditions carefully to see if your item is excluded by chance? The code also does not work on items with a current discount. Also check whether small capital letters or capital letters have been used in the discount code, it is important to copy this correctly. Otherwise, try refreshing your page by pressing Ctrl-F5. If you can't figure it out, please contact customer service, they will be happy to help you.
Of course we find it a shame that you no longer want to receive updates! But still good friends. The easiest way to unsubscribe is to uncheck the box in your account under newsletter subscriptions and then save. At the bottom of the newsletter you will find the unsubscribe button, by clicking on this, you can also unsubscribe. If it does not work unexpectedly, you can always send an email to customer service, stating that you no longer want to receive updates. It can take up to 48 hours for this to be processed.
You are experiencing problems completing your order. This is annoying. Please check carefully whether you have filled in all the required information correctly. You could also try refreshing your page by pressing Ctrl-F5. If it still doesn't work, we will be happy to take a look with you.
On the product page of your ordered item you can view the stock status of your item. It can of course happen that just when you have the item in your shopping cart, the item is paid for by another customer, which changes the delivery time. You can check this in your order confirmation.
What does the stock status mean:
1. In stock = next day delivery
2. Limited stock = 3 – 5 working days delivery time
3. Out of stock = (Temporarily) out of stock, will be back in stock soon
