Ordering and Delivery
After you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your order will then be processed in our system. If your ordered item is in stock, our warehouse employees will immediately pack and ship your order for you. It is of course possible that you have ordered multiple items, one of which is in stock in our warehouse and can be delivered immediately and the other has to come from one of our megastores. Don't worry, we will ensure that the items that are in stock are shipped immediately. This is always the case for domestic orders. As soon as the remaining item, which had to come from a megastore, has arrived, it will be shipped to you the same day without additional shipping costs. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code from us so that you can track your package yourself. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact the customer service.
Item in stock* – your order will be shipped on the day of order (before 20.00pm)
Delivery time 2-3 days – the item is on its way from the supplier
Limited stock – Item is ordered from supplier
Delivery time 5-7 working days – In some cases, an item is no longer available online, but you can still pick it up in one of the Megastores. The current stock of the item shows which Megastore(s) still have stock.
* Pay attention:
An item may sell out between reserving and processing your order. Therefore, first wait for the confirmation email with the message that your product is ready before you go to pick up the product.
There are no shipments on weekends and public holidays.
You can pre-order at Divoza in our coming soon category. All items in this category are new in the assortment but not yet in stock. When you order an item from this category, you are sure to be one of the first to show off this item! You just have to wait a little longer. Of course, we will keep you informed about your order and let you know when you can expect it at home.
On the payment page (check-out) you can choose different delivery options, such as
delivery options/delivery time/delivery costs.

If you choose Pakje Gemak, you can collect your order at a collection point at a time that suits you.
Free delivery
If you order from Divoza Horseworld and your order value exceeds €34, we ship your order free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping costs for orders under €34,00 in the Netherlands and Belgium are €4,99. If the order value falls below €34,00 due to the redemption of gift certificates, shipping costs will also be charged. Shipping costs for the rest of Europe are €9,99. Shipping is free in Denmark, Austria, and France for orders over €49,00. If you order before 8:00 PM Monday through Friday and the item is in stock, you'll receive your order the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If you're not home, the package will be delivered to your neighbors Monday through Saturday (if possible). If this isn't possible, the delivery driver will try again the next day (excluding Sundays).
PostNL retention period
If your package cannot be delivered to you after 1x offering, your package will be brought to a PostNL collection point. You can also choose to collect your package at a PostNL collection point yourself. PostNL will store your package at the collection point for a maximum of 7 daysYour package will then be returned to Divoza.

Did you receive the product but do you think it is damaged? That is of course not the intention. customer service will be happy to resolve this for you.
Sometimes it can happen that you unexpectedly do not receive your package the next day while this was indicated in the order confirmation. We find that annoying of course! We advise you to check some details.
Check the track & trace code of the package
Please check if your entered track & trace code corresponds with the code you received from us in the mail. If it is correct, please also check if the delivery date has been postponed.

Does the delivery address correspond to the address where you expect the package?
Please check your mailbox
Did you receive a not-at-home message? Your package may have been delivered to your neighbors or the delivery person may have scheduled a new delivery time. If you still do not receive a package, please contact our customer service.
Would you like your order to be delivered to a different address than your usual address? That is possible! In the check out (payment page) you can easily specify an alternative address. We will then send your package to this address. If you have already placed the order and have not indicated this, please contact the customer service.
Of course, it can happen that something went wrong or you changed your mind. No problem, as long as the package has not yet left the warehouse, we can still change or cancel your order for you. If the package is already on its way to you, you can refuse the package at the door. The package will then be returned to us and we will contact you after receipt. If you definitely do not want to receive the package, return costs will be charged. If you have already received and accepted the package, you can still easily return your package to us. You can read how to do this best on our return page.
Pick up in store
You can choose to pick up your order in one of our six megastores. This is possible in Leek, Enschede, Staphorst, Heteren, Harmelen and Zoetermeer. Before you go to a store, check the opening hours.

Complete your order. You will receive a confirmation from us by email.
You will receive an email from us when the product is ready in your chosen megastore.
You have already paid, so you can take it with you right away!

Can't wait for the mailman? Have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point and pick it up when it suits you. .
How does it work?
Find the product that suits you best.
Place the product in your shopping cart.
In your shopping cart, select 'Collect from PostNL collection point'.
In the 'Collection point' step, select the PostNL location closest to you.
Pay for your order online.
You will receive a confirmation from us by email and you can pick up your product (if it is in stock) the next business day from 16.00:14. Your order will be ready for you until XNUMX days after the specified pick-up date.
Only you may collect your order. So bring a valid ID.
When collecting your package, please take into account the opening hours of the PostNL location.
