Terms and conditions

  • Promotions are not valid in combination with other promotions/offers/reductions/stickers.
  • Discount promotions with discount codes are also valid in the store upon presentation of the promotion. (unless explicitly stated)
  • It is not possible to enter multiple discount codes.
  • Discounts obtained through flyers may only be redeemed once per customer per order. 
  • It is possible to redeem savings vouchers and gift vouchers during promotions. Birthday vouchers cannot be redeemed in combination with other discount codes, gift vouchers or savings vouchers and only for purchases of €50,00 or more.
  • With a percentage discount, the discount applies to the most expensive (eligible) item.
  • Once a promotional period has ended, it is no longer possible to use this promotion.
  • Discount does not apply retroactively.
  • After a promotional period, items can be exchanged for another size/colour while retaining the discount. The discount cannot be transferred to another item.
  • The following categories are excluded from discount promotions: saddles, embroidery studio, repairs, shearing machines, BirthAlarm, books, gift vouchers and other services.
  • The following brands are excluded from discount promotions: Ideal Equestrian, Pikeur, Fairfax, Kask, Pavo, Samshield, Metazoa, Pharmahorse, Kentucky, KEP Italia, Ariat, Ego7, Trust, Whis, NAF, Sectolin, Vitalstyle, Wintec and Pagony Care.
  • For custom made items or items outside our range (special orders) half the discount applies.
  • The promotion period is indicated with the relevant promotion.

  • Certain items are excluded.
  • Divoza Horseworld reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
  • Divoza Horseworld is not liable for any typing, printing or typographical errors.

  • By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to the above promotion conditions.
  • Promotions with giveaways, for example during extra shopping evenings, are only valid in the megastores unless it is indicated online that a certain free item can be placed in the shopping cart when purchasing a certain item. If the entire order is returned, the giveaway must also be returned. If the giveaway is held, the value of this will be charged.
  • In the case of competitions, the right to the prize won expires if the winner has not reported within one month of the announcement.
