How does it work?
After every purchase of 10 euros in one of our megastores or online, you will receive one savings point in your account. If you have received 25 or more savings points on the same account, you will receive a savings check worth 10 euros in your email. The savings checks are issued periodically and are valid for three months after the date of issue. It is therefore possible that you have already received 25 savings points but still have to wait for your check. Don't worry, we have the point in view and your check will certainly follow so you can shop cheaply!
Insight into your savings balance
If you have an account with us, you can easily view your current savings balance in your personal account area. Here you'll see how many savings points you've already accumulated and when they were credited. We'll also keep you automatically informed: as soon as your savings balance changes, for example, due to a new purchase or the issuing of a savings check, you'll receive an email. This way, you'll always be well-informed and won't miss out on any benefits.
The savings check does not work
You have received a savings cheque but after entering the code it does not work and the discount is not calculated. In that case, check whether the validity of three months after the date of issue has perhaps expired. It is of course also possible that something went wrong during the processing of the cheque, do not hesitate and contact us. We will be happy to solve this for you at the customer service.
