Of course, it can happen that the payment is not successful, is refused or that the processing takes longer. If the payment is not successful, we will receive a signal and the order will be automatically cancelled. If the processing takes a little longer, the promised delivery time may be postponed.
Did you pay with iDEAL, but are you not sure whether your order was successful? Check whether the order amount has been debited. If nothing has been debited, something went wrong in the payment process but you have not paid. In this case, you can place your order again.
Has the amount been debited, but you have not yet received an order confirmation? It can take up to an hour before the payment reaches us. We therefore advise you to keep an eye on this and wait calmly.
If you have not received an order confirmation from us after an hour, please contact our customer service. Tip, also check your spam box of your email, the confirmation email may have ended up there.
We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudulent payments. Credit card payments are sensitive to fraudsters. Payments are approved or rejected objectively and automatically based on a large number of criteria. A payment is rejected when, for example, the CVC code or expiration date of the credit card has not been filled in correctly, but also when an unsafe Wi-Fi location where fraud has been committed is identified.
When we have processed your return or cancellation, you will of course receive the money back into your account. We will do our best to refund your money to your account within 14 days. Please note that we only refund the amount of the purchased and subsequently returned items and not the shipping costs. Unfortunately, you cannot find the status of the refund in your account. If you still want to know what the status is, please contact our customer service.

You can count on always getting a good deal at Divoza outside of promotion periods. Do you see an item priced lower somewhere else than at Divoza? Then we will offer you the same price (unless there are special circumstances).
We will of course check whether it is exactly the same article, with the same supplier code. We will also check whether the article is immediately available from the other supplier and whether the price offer from the other supplier was at the same time as your purchase from Divoza.
If you want to claim the Divoza Sharpest Price Guarantee, please report this at the checkout of one of our Megastores or via the contact form on our website. We will only process your request if you add evidence, such as a legible receipt or a screenshot.
Requests that result in a negative result for Divoza (below cost price) will be rejected. The Divoza Best Price Guarantee only applies in the Netherlands and in comparison with other Dutch providers.
