We follow the following steps when placing your order:

1. Please check your measurements before ordering
2. View the different options of the different brands and note them in the contact form
3. We have our own configurator for Samshield, which you can find at www.divoza-specials.com it is also possible to place your order
4. We check whether all options are possible with the brand
5. After confirmation we will send you a link to pay
6. Once we have received your payment, we will forward your order to the supplier.
7. You will receive updates about your delivery date by email
8. The delivery date varies greatly per brand and depends on various factors. In the case of riding boots, the delivery time can be an average of 6 weeks, we cannot give any guarantees about the delivery date.
9. Your order cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.
10. After you have received your order, we would love to see the result of your personalized boots or cap!
