Divoza's saddle check and saddle fitting service
Choosing a saddle is very personal and not necessarily brand or price related. We are happy to help you make the right choice! You can do this with the help of our saddle fitting service, where a certified Master Saddle Fitting Consultant will come to your home. Or come with your horse to our head office in Leek, where an MSFC certified employee can help you. We have an outdoor arena there where you have plenty of space to try out a saddle, so that with the help of the saddle fitter you can make the right choice for you and your horse! Terms & conditions
- For a visit by the saddler (departing from Leek headquarters), travel expenses of €50 (up to 100 km), €75 (100-150 km), and €100 (over 150 km) are charged. The consultation itself is €35.
- During our visit, we'll work together to determine which saddle is best for you. For saddles over €1000,00, we'll deliver your order to you, if desired, and check that everything is correct.
- If you buy a saddle in one of our megastores and still want a visit from our saddler, the above rates will still apply.
- Our in-home service does not apply to used saddles, clearance saddles, or saddles under €500,00. Appointments may be canceled.
- Appointments can be cancelled up to five working days before the appointment, otherwise travel expenses will be charged.
- At a saddle fitting appointment, we expect you to be ready with your horse to avoid unnecessary waiting time.
- If you are not present at the agreed time, the full costs will be charged.
- A saddle fitting appointment cannot be paid for with gift vouchers.
Check saddle
It's also possible to have your current saddle checked for position or fit. The consultation fee is €35. The call-out fee is €50 (up to 100 km), €75 (100-150 km), and €100 (over 150 km). An additional consultation fee applies for each additional saddle at the same location. In that case, our saddle expert will visit you and can bring a saddle for adjustments. Minor adjustments are possible starting from €25. You can then pick up your saddle within a few business days in Heteren, Leek, or Zoetermeer. You can also return the saddle, for which there is a €14,99 return fee. New saddles are shipped free of charge. In exceptional cases, a used saddle can be shipped for €14,99. The call-out and inspection fee must be paid in advance. Once we have received your payment, the saddle fitter will contact you to schedule an appointment.
